A $300.00 non-refundable deposit for land package per person is required to book a tour. Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure.
All airfares are based on current tariffs. All fares are subject to government approval and are subject to change without notice. Airfares require advance purchase and are non-refundable. Airfares are guaranteed once they have been paid in full and ticketed. A charge for changes or cancellations will be applied after tickets have been issued. Your name on your passport must match that on your ticket. QUINLAN IRELAND is not responsible for cancelled or delayed flights.
Written notice of your cancellation should be communicated to QUINLAN IRELAND as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are as follows:
In no case will refunds be made for unused portions of the booked itinerary. QUINLAN IRELAND reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time for any reason.
Once a program has been booked and confirmed, an administrative fee of $35.00 will be charged for each subsequent change in the tour.
Upon receipt of full payment, traveler will receive a detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents within ten days of departure. Once released, all documents will become the responsibility of the client. If the documents are required earlier than 10 days prior because passengers are leaving home in advance of the tour booked, we need sufficient notice to arrange for early delivery by regular service. Late bookings will incur an express service delivery charge.
Travel insurance for accident, baggage and trip cancellation protection is recommended. Details and applications are provided to all passengers with confirmed booking or upon request. Please note: the exclusion for Pre-Existing Conditions is waived provided the premium for this policy is received no later than 7 days after the initial deposit/payment for your Trip and you are not disabled from travel when you pay your premium. This policy may not be purchased after you have made your final payment for your trip.
U.S. citizens are required to have a current passport. No exceptions will be made.
Our tours are based on the costs and exchange rates that have been contracted with our vendors. Therefore, prices quoted are guaranteed and no price adjustment will be made due to any fluctuation in currency rates.
QUINLAN IRELAND has contracted with independent contractors in securing and booking the services provided in their tours and is not responsible for any negligent act and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. QUINLAN IRELAND gives notice that in issuing coupons, vouchers or tickets for travel conveyance or transport by any means, and in making arrangements for golf, hotels or other accommodations, they are acting not as principals but as agents only for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering their service. QUINLAN IRELAND is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them. The responsibility and liability of international air carriers are subject to international conventions limiting their liability, which limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of your airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions hereof.
Travel Agents warrant that each client has been provided with and advised to carefully review a copy of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and that the customer fully understands that he/she is subject to said requirements and policies. Final Payment should be made by Agency Check to avoid a 3% surcharge being added to a credit card payment.
